摘 要:采用相转换法制备了以天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基质的新型复合聚合物电解质膜.利用交流阻抗、线性扫描伏安和恒电位计时电流法对电解质膜的电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:该电解质膜在25℃下的电导率为10^-5~10^-4S/cm,在m(NR):m(SBR)=40:60、LiClO4和SiO2的质量分数分别为22%和21%时,电导率达到最大值1.2×10^-3S/cm,电解质膜的电化学稳定窗口和Li+迁移数也分别达到了6.8 V和0.397.The novel composite polymer electrolyte membranes with natural rubber( NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) as substrate were prepared by means of phase-inversion method. The electrochemical performance of electrolyte membrane was studied by AC impedance, linear sweep voltammetry and constant voltage chronoamperometry. The results showed that the conductivity of the electrolyte membrane was 10^-5~10^-4S/cm at 25 ℃. The highest conductivity(1.2×10 ^-3S/cm) had been obtained when m (NR) : m (SBR) = 40: 60, the mass fraction of LiClO4 was 22 % and that of SiO2 was 21%. The electrochemical stability window was 6.8 V and Li^+ transport number was 0.397.
