摘 要:目的研究贝科能对心肺复苏后大鼠甲状腺的保护作用。方法建立心肺复苏大鼠模型,然后将24只大鼠随机分为对照组、常规复苏组、贝科能治疗组。大鼠复苏后24 h取甲状腺组织液氮冷藏。采用比色法测定复苏前后3组甲状腺组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及Na+-K+-ATPase活力。结果与对照组相比,复苏后大鼠甲状腺组织中MDA含量明显增高(t=16.75,P<0.01),SOD及Na+-K+-ATPase活力显著降低(t=6.25、8.85,P<0.01);与常规复苏组相比,贝科能治疗组MDA含量明显降低(t=2.60,P<0.05),Na+-K+-ATPase活力显著增高(t=2.60,P<0.05)。结论贝科能对复苏后大鼠甲状腺具有保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effects of Biocoen on thyroid in the rat after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods The rat models after CPR were established. The 24 rats were randomly divided into control group, commonly-treated group and Biocoen intervention group. Thyroid tissues were taken 24 h after CPR and put in liquid nitrogen. MDA, SOD and Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase of thyroid tissues of the three groups were detected by colorimetric analysis before and after CPR. Results Compared to the control group, maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in the rars thyroid after CPR increased greatly (t=16.75,P〈0.01), while enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Na+ K+-ATPase declined markedly (t=6.25,8.85;P〈0.01). Compared to commonly- treated group, maleic dialdehyde (MDA)in Biocoen intervention group declined greatly (t= 2. 60, P( 0.05), while Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase increased markedly (t=2.60,P〈0.05). Conclusion Biocoen shows protection of the thyroid tissue after CPR.
