摘  要:涂胶封口锌锰电池可解决传统封口电池中常出现的电芯粉污染锌筒口,造成电池急性、慢性内部短路,在高温条件下,电池产生气胀、鼓底、冒沥青、冒电液,有致癌危险的沥青烟气污染车间,危害工人健康等等难以排除的问题。而且由于涂胶封口电池增加了正极活性物质装填容量、扩大了锌筒反应面积、减少了锌筒高度,省去了头道纸圈、沥青封口剂等等材料,所以可增加电池放分或降低电池成本。涂胶封口电池有内涂式和外涂式二种,内涂式优点远远少于外涂式。但外涂式只能做铁壳电池,内涂式可做彩管或铁壳电池。There are many advantages in the Zn-MnO2 battery sealed with glue. Many problems were found in traditional battery sealed with bitumen such as the top of zinc can be contaminated with the positive mixture which could cause quick or slow short circuit, battery expanded with gas, electrolyte and bitumen leaked out, bitumen smoking contaminated workshop and so on. However, all these tough problems were overcome by glue-sealed batteries which could enhance positive mixture quantity, increase the reactive areas of the zinc can, decrease the height of the zinc can, save first paper ring and bitumen sealant, so result in raise in capacity or lower the cost of battery. There are two coating glue methods, one is inner coating and another is outer coating. The outer coating one could only used in metal jacket battery, the inner coating method could used in metal jacket battery and PVC jacket battery. Many advantages of outer coating glue battery could be absent in the inner coating glue battery.
