摘 要:以FSFG6×24高方平筛为例进行了强度分析。首先在实测的基础上建立高方平筛的有限元计算模型,然后通过对停机状态、筛子转速20 r/s(低于工作转速)、25 r/s(等于工作转速)几种工况下的结果进行分析,得出了高方平筛转动起来后,最大变形发生在筛箱外侧梁的中部。提出了有限元技术在粮食加工机械设计的应用前景。The strength of FSFG 6 × 24 plansifter as an example was analyzed. Firstly a calculation model tor a square plansifter was established based on practical measurement, then the results obtained under several working conditions such as shutdown, sifter rotating speed 20 r/s ( lower than working rotating speed) and 25 r/s ( equal to working rotating Speed) were analyzed. The results showed that the maximum deformation zone was in middle part of outside beam in sieve box when the plansifter rotated. It was prospected to apply the finite element technology in design of cereal processing machineries.
