摘 要:乙烯丙烯无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)因具有均衡的力学性能及良好的综合性能,成为近年通用聚烯烃材料研究的热点。但PP-R仍存在高温热膨胀系数大、缺口冲击强度不够高等不足。通过聚合法或聚合后改性法可进一步改善这种材料的性能。针对PP-R改性方法———聚合法和聚合后改性法(包括共混、填充、成核剂改性)进行了综述;并结合以前的工作,对PP-R的应用及改性方向进行了展望。Ethylene propylene random copolymer (PP-R)is a thermoplastic with many desirable properties including low cost, good processability and balanced mechanical properties. However, some shortages ,namely poor impact property, particularly at low temperature, and large thermal expansion coefficient at higher temperatures, limit its wide application. The polymerization and postpolymerization modification are two main categories in which its performance is improved. Recently, more attention was paid to the latter due to its cheapness, effectiveness, handy and environmentally friendly in features. In this paper, current situation in research and development for post-polymerization modification, including blending, nano-composite filling, crystal-modification etc., were reviewed in detail. Current problems in this field were also introduced.
