摘 要:采用电磁动态注塑成型机脉动压力诱导注塑成型聚丙烯(PP)-纳米CaCO3复合材料,通过调节加工过程中的振幅和振动频率,研究了纳米CaCO3在PP中的分散性能及由此引起PP-纳米CaCO3复合材料力学性能和结晶行为的变化,探讨了振幅和振动频率对PP-纳米CaCO3复合材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,随振幅和振动频率的增加,纳米CaCO3在PP熔体中分散得更均匀,PP-纳米CaCO3复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度比稳态(未施加振动)注塑试样分别提高了17.1%和14.3%,PP-纳米CaCO3复合材料的熔点升高,并对其影响机理进行了分析。Polypropylene (PP)-nano-CaCO3 composites were processed by using electromagnetic dynamic injection molding equipment. Properties of these composites, namely dispersion of nano-CaCO3 in polypropylene, tensile strength,impact strength and crystallization behavior, were tested and could be improved by adjusting vibration amplitude and frequency in processing course. The influences of the vibration amplitude and frequency on quality of products were investigated. With increases of vibration amplitude and frequency,dispersion of nano-CaCO3 in PP became more uniform, melting point of the composites rose, and their tensile strength and impact strength in comparing with steady state injection molding increased 17.1% and 14.3% ,respectively. The mechanism of vibration force field affecting injection molding process was studied. The electromagnetic dynamic injection molding equipment could certainly improve properties of PP-nano-CaCO3 composites.
