摘　　要：目的为提供烧伤、创伤大面积皮肤缺损修复时所需的表皮细胞。方法用少量的自体表皮细胞体外培养后移植于创面。结果移植后表皮细胞成活增殖,皮肤表皮获得重建。结论为皮源严重不足的烧伤、创伤患者的皮肤修复提供了一种方法。Objective Try to provide the human epidermic cells for the treatment of burn or trauma. Methods Small amounts of the autologous epidermic cells were cultured in vitro and transplanted to the burned skin surface. Results It was shown that the human epidermic cells could grow and form the skin on the burned surface of the patients after the transplantation. Conclusion The method could provide a new way to repair the skin for the patients with burn or trauma if their skin is insufficient severely.
