摘 要:目的:探讨多层CT胰腺灌注成像技术参数的优化。方法:采用16层CT对49例胰腺正常的患者进行胰腺CT灌注扫描,根据扫描时间分辨力和层厚的不同分为2组。第1组采用扫描时间1.0 s、层厚5 mm进行扫描,并采用0.5 s/10 mm进行重建;第2组采用层厚5 mm、扫描时间0.5 s进行扫描,并采用10 mm层厚进行重建。所有原始数据经工作站进行后处理,测量各种扫描条件下胰腺组织的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)和平均通过时间(MTT),并进行统计学分析。结果:相同的时间分辨力(0.5 s),不同层厚(5 mm和10 mm)的重建图像,各灌注参数的测量结果,差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。同样层厚(5 mm)时,1.0 s时间分辨力重建图像上MTT值高于0.5 s时间分辨力图像上的测量值差异有显著性意义;而BF和BV值差异无显著性意义。结论:多层CT胰腺灌注成像,时间分辨力是影响测量结果的主要参数之一,采用0.5 s的时间分辨力优于1.0 s。Objective:To investigate the optimized techniques of multi-slice CT (MSCT) perfusion imaging. Methods: 49 cases with normal pancreas,which were divided into two groups by different scanning techniques. Scan time 1.0s,collimation 5mm,reconstruction increment 10mm in group 1;scan time 0.5s, collimation 5mm, reconstruction increment 10mm in group 2 were used respectively. Using GE LightSpeed QX/i and GE LightSpeed 16 CT scanner,all of the primary data acquired were post-processed in workstation with CT perfusion 3 (ADW 4. 2) software. Blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT) of these two groups were measured and statistically analyzed. Results: Using the same scan time (0.5s) but different collimation (5mm vs 10mm),there was no significant statistical difference for various perfusion parameters (P〉0.05). When same collimation (5mm) was used, there were significant difference for MTT between scan time 0.5s and 1.0s. MTT was higher in group 2. Conclusion:Scan time is a major parameter making impact on the results of MSCT perfusion. When using 0.5s,the time resolution is superior to that of 1.0s.
