居住区绿地的美景度评价

摘　　要：美景度评价是景观评价最有效的方法之一,应用此方法分析居民对居住区绿地的景观偏好对今后的居住区绿地设计有重要的指导意义。评价结果表明,不同背景的5个测试群体在居住区绿地审美方面存在普遍一致性,2个具有专业背景的群体的相关性较其他各种类型的人之间的相关性更好。在诸多影响因子中,水体,尤其是具有动势的水景形式是一个影响美景度评价的重要因子;冠幅是影响美景度评价的又一重要因子。Scenic beauty estimation （SBE）, one of the most efficient measuring procedures of landscape evaluation, was introduced in measuring residents landscape preference. Backward regression analyses were applied to analyze the relationship between preferences and various factors attributes. Five groups which have different background in their perceptions for residential scenes were conducted, The SBEs derived from different background groups had a high consistency, and the two professional-background groups were more consentaneous than other groups. Among all factors, people had a strong preference to water landscape, especially running water, and canopy width was another important factor.
