摘 要:为阐明大肠杆菌耐药菌株药物敏感性变化与acrA和marA的mRNA水平之间的关系,用定量RT-PCR方法比较了多重耐药菌株、单药耐药菌株以及质控株ATCC25922的acrA和marA的mRNA水平。结果,acrAmRNA水平,多重耐药菌株SEMR是单药耐药菌株SEICI、SEICH和质控株ATCC25922的16倍;marAmRNA水平,SEMR是SEICH的4倍、SEICI和ATCC25922的8倍;SEICI和SEICH的acrAmRNA、marAmRNA水平与ATCC25922的无明显差异;同一菌株acrAmRNA和marAmRNA水平的变化保持了较为稳定的一致性。结论大肠杆菌多重耐药菌株的acrAmRNA和marAmRNA水平与其耐药水平存在相关性。The purpose of this experiment is to detect acrA mRNA and mRNA levels in Escherichia coli with multidrug resistance, clarify, the correlation between the resistance level of Escherichia coll resistance stratins and the levels of acrA mRN and marA mRNA. The method is to compare the levels of acrA mRNA and marA mARA of SEICI, SEICH and ATCC25922 with quantitative RT-PCR. The results-were as follows: the acrA mRNA level of SEMR is 16 times as high as that of SEICH, SEICH and ATCC25922; the marA mRNA level of SEMR is 4 times as high as that of SEICH and 8 timess as high as that of SEICI and ATCC25922; the acrA mRNA and marA mRNA levels of SEICI and SEICH were not significant statistically compared with that of ATCC25922; the acrA mRNA and marA mRNA levels in the same strains were coincident . The results showed that there was a correlation between the acrA mRNA and marA mRNA levels and resistance level of SEMR.
