摘　　要：本文从监管者的视角出发,分析了信托产品作为交叉性金融工具的具体体现和风险现状,指出了监管者对交叉性金融工具监管的不足,讨论了对交叉性金融工具的监管原则和具体措施。From the point of regulators, this paper analyzes the risks and bodies of trust products as crossing financial instructions, points out the weakness of regulators in regulating crossing financial instructions, and discusses the principles and suggestions of regulatory.
