摘　　要：押产业结构软化程度的提高,是一国经济发展的关键动力和标志。实现产业结构的软化升级,有赖于规模巨大的资本支持。应该说,资本市场已经成为促进产业结构软化的最有效的内在作用机制,而资本的形成规模和结构则成为产业结构软化的决定因素。大力发展资本市场,实施资本市场的创新机制,是促进产业结构软化升级的现实选择。The improvement of industrial structure inteneration is a key impetus and symbol of a country＇s economic development. The realization of the upgrading of industrial structure inteneration depends on large-scale capital support. The capital market has become the internal dynamic mechanism for the promotion of industrial structure inteneration, and the capital scale and structure have become its determinant. Developing capital market vigorously and carrying out innovative mechanism of capital market are the realistic choice for the acceleration of industrial structure inteneration.
