摘　　要：按照国家标准GB/T16175-1996、GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997的有关规定,对注射型丙烯酸树脂骨水泥进行生物学安全性评价研究。结果表明,注射型丙烯酸树脂骨水泥各项生物学指标均合格。其各项生物学指标均符合国家标准GB/T16175-1996、GB/T14233.2-1993、GB/T16886-1997的要求,具有良好的生物相容性。To evaluate the biological safety of the injectable acrylic bone cement. 8 experiments were conducted to evaluate the injectable acrylic bone cement according to national standard（GB/T16175- 1996, GB/T14233.2- 1995, GB/T16886- 1997）. The biological evaluation of the injectable acrylic bone cement was satisfied with the requirement of the National Standard（GB/T16175 - 1996, GB/T14233.2 - 1993, GB/T16886- 1997）.The experiment results demonstrate that the injectable acrylic bone cement has ideal hemo- compatibility, no Cytotoxicity, systemic toxicity（acute toxicity）, sensitization, intracutaneous reactivity, genotoxicity. The conclusion is that the biocompatibility of injectable acrylic bone cement is safety.
