摘　　要：干细胞的治疗潜能越来越受到重视,如何诱导干细胞定向分化是当前研究的热点,化学生物学的发展为干细胞研究提供了多种多样的生物活性小分子。本研究对小分子化合物在体外诱导干细胞定向分化及在疾病治疗中的应用作了综述。The therapeutic potential of stem cells is becoming more and more important, How to induce directed differentiation of stem cells is one of the most valuable biological subjects. The development of chemical genetics provides various functional small molecules for stem cell biology. In this review, how small molecule compounds regulate directe differentiation of stem cells in vitro and the application in clinical application are focused on.
