摘　　要：胸骨悬吊术是治疗Ｆｏｎｔａｎ术后胸骨压迫外通道所产生的低心排综合征的一种有效、简单、安全的急救措施。Compression of the RA-RV conduit by sternum resulting in low cardiac output syndrome is a serious life threatening postoperative complication after Fontan operation.This may be relieved by wire hanging of the sternum,which is an effective,simple and safe measure.
