逍遥丸治疗继发性闭经30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察中成药浓缩逍遥丸对继发性闭经的治疗作用．方法对服用精神药物后闭经持续3个月以上30例给予逍遥丸治疗，连续观察12周，月经来潮且经量正常、经期时间正常为有效．结果月经来潮正常者22例，有效率70.3％。结论连续服用浓缩逍遥丸可以治疗精神药物所致闭经，可以提高精神病患者的服药依从性．Objetive Examination of therapeutic function of concentrated Chinese medical Xiaoyaowan on secondary amenorrhea. Methods Thirty cases who experience amenorrhea following administration of psychiatric medicine are treated with Xiaoyaowan, and continuously observed for 12 weeks. It is taken as effective if menstruation and periods are normal. Results There are 22 cases that have normal menstruation, effective rate is 70. 3%. Conclusion It is effective using concentrated Xiaoyaowan to treat the secondary amenorrhea caused by psych-iatric medicine. It also can improve psychiatric patients＇ obedience during administration.
