摘　　要：煤尘对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子的影响西安第四军医大学军队卫生学教研室（西安７１００３２）齐宗利山西医学院劳动卫生教研室王英华，李秋营肿瘤坏死因子（ＴｕｍｏｒＮｅｃｒｏｓｉｓＦａｃｔｏｒａ，ＴＮＦα）在煤工尘肺发生中的作用愈来愈受到重视［１，２...The content of Tumor Necrosis Factor α(TNFd) were assessed in the supernatant of rat alveolar macrophages exposed to three coal dusts.The results showed that the content of TNFα in coal dust group were significantly higher than those in the control group.And there was a dose-depedent relationship between the concentration of dust and the content of TNFα.The results suggested that TNFα may play an important role in the development of coal worker's pneumoconiosis.
