摘 要:研究了动态硫化等规聚丙烯/丁基橡胶(IPP/IIR)共混体系的制备工艺,IIR对IPP结晶性能的影响以及IPP/IIR体系的力学性能。结果表明:在180℃一般剪切条件下,动态硫化10min可制备出性能较好的IIR/IPP共混物,15min后会有所降解。IIR的加入会使IPP的球晶尺寸大大减小,熔点与结晶度都变小,对动态硫化体系影响更显著。IIR都能显著提高共混物的冲击韧性,通过对IPP/IIR单纯的机械共混物、经动态硫化的IPP/IIR共混物的韧性和两相结构的研究,比较出经动态硫化的IPP/IIR有着优异的综合性能。The processing technology for dynamically cured IPP/IIR blend, the effect of IIR on the crystallinity of IPP and the mechanical properties of IIR/IPP blends were studied. The results showed that excellent blend could be prepared at 180℃ for 10 minutes under normal shear stresses, but the blend would degrade 15 minutes after. The dimension of the spherulite of IPP decreased greatly with the augmentation of IIR, the melting point and crystallinity of IPP reduced and the effect on the dynamically cured IIR/IPP blends was more obvious, fIR could improve the Chary impact strength of the blend, and it was found out the dynamically cured IIR/IPP blends had excellent overall properties by comparing the dynamical and mechanical cured IIR/IPP blends.
