摘　　要：采用阳离子染料染二醋酯纤维，研究了温度、pH值、时间和助剂对上染百分率的影响，以及阳离子染料的移染性、水洗牢度、提升性和染色后处理等问题.通过试验，确定染色工艺条件为：染料浓度1 %（owf），染色温度80～85 ℃，pH值为7，染色时间90 min;无需使用缓染剂，染后用酸性还原清洗剂Cyclanon ECO进行清洗.Factors exerting influence on dye uptake of diacetate with cationic dye are analyzed, such as temperature, pH value, time, and auxiliaries. Migration, washing fastness and building up properties of cationic dye are discussed. Dyeing process can be operated at 80 - 85℃for 90 min with pH value 7. Better results are available with the addition of Cyclanon ECO for reduction clearing, without using retardant.
