摘　　要：改进LMA451-A-180型预缩整理机的控制系统,其硬件采用西门子S7-200系列的CPU224加外扩I/O模块及数/模模块的混合式结构,实现了多点输入、输出的控制,通过软件编程用OTP(触摸屏)实现对预缩整理机的控制。与传统的手工操作控制方式相比,该系统具有技术先进、工作稳定、操作简便的特点。This article introduced the principle of LMA451-A-180 shrinkage machine, Control of multiport input and output was realized by a mixed hardware system that was composed of a center processing unit（Simens S7-200 series CPU224） and extended modules including I/O and D/A. Controlling of shrinkage machine was realized by the software programming OTP, Compare to the traditional manual control manner, this system has many advantages such as stable and simple operation.
