摘  要:目的研究中药多糖双氯芬酸体外抗肿瘤的作用。方法采用细胞存活实验(MTT法)来计算出中药多糖双氯芬酸作用于Hep-G2细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50),研究其抗Hep-G2的时间-效应关系,探讨肝癌细胞(Hep-G2)对中药多糖双氯芬酸的药物敏感性。结果中药多糖双氯芬酸作用2、3、4、5和6d时,对Hep-G2细胞的抑制率分别为20%、36%、78%、75%和70%,于第4天达到最大。中药多糖双氯芬酸作用于Hep-G2细胞的IC50值为(2.50±0.12)×10-2μg/mL,而阳性物5-氟脲嘧啶作用于Hep-G2细胞的IC50值为(1.42±0.05)×10-2μg/mL,中药多糖双氯芬酸杀伤细胞的作用较弱于5-氟脲嘧啶(P<0.01)。结论Hep-G2细胞对中药多糖双氯芬酸敏感,其具有一定的抗肿瘤效应。[Objective] To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac against tumor cells in vitro. [Methods] The IC50 value of Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac against Hep-G2 ceils was detected by MTT assay, to study the time-effect relationship and drug sensitivity of it against Hep-G2. [Result] The inhibition ratio of Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac against Hep-G2 cells is 20%, 36%, 78%, 75%, 70% on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 day respectively. The high inhibition ratio is on 4 day. The IC50 value of Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac against Hep-G2 cells is (2.50±0.12)×10^-2μg/mL, its 5-flurouracil against Hep-G2 ceils is (1.42±0.05)×10^-2μg/mL. The antitumous effect of Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac is weak compared to that of 5-flurouracil (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Hep-G2 cell is sensitive to Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac. Chinese medicine polycose Diclofenac have unvarying antitumous effect.
