摘　　要：通过建设单位在福建大剧院的基坑工程中总结出的加强技术管理、掌握方案优选的主动权、正确处理局部和整体的关系、主次问题的关系,并设立有效的应急预案等经验,说明建设单位技术管理在软土基坑工程中的重要作用。Through enhancing the technical management in the foundation pit engineering of Fujian theatre, the construction organization may more predominate the active optimization project ,deal with the partial and whole relation rightly and the primary and secondary relation, and set up the effective contingency counterplan etc. It proved that the technical management of construction organization in soft soil foundation pit engineering is very important.
