高原移居者返回平原30天内的心血管改变  

The cardio-vascular changes of high altitude migrators returned to flatlands within 30 days

摘　　要：本文跟踪调查了从青海天峻县（海拔3500～3700m）到苏州（10m）疗养30天的37名高原移居者。调查项目包括心功能和动脉血压、X线胸片、动脉血气和血液学指标等。结果显示高原移居者在从高原退四平原的30天内心功能、血压、血氧和全血比粘度恢复至平原世居者水平，而RBC、Hb和Hct仍高于平原世居者水平。37 high altitude migrators of 30 daysrecovery from Tianjun County of Qinghaiprovince (3500 ~ 3700m above sea level ) toSughou (10m above sea level ) were respectively investigated. The iterns of investigation were: cardiac function, arterial pressure, chest radiograph, arterial blood gasand index of hematology, etc. The researchresuIts show that, in the high altitude migrators returned to flatlands, their cardiacfunction, blood pressure. blood oxygen andwhole blood specific adhesion were recovered to the level of the natives lived in flatlands within 30 days,but RBC,Hb and HCTwere higher than the level of them.
