HPLC法测定复方酮康唑乳膏中酮康唑和丙酸氯倍他索的含量

摘　　要：高效液相色谱法同时测定复方酮康唑乳膏中酮康唑和丙酸氯倍他索的含量。采用Hypersil ODS色谱柱，流动相为0．05mol·L^-1醋酸铵溶液-甲醇（26：74）（用稀醋酸调pH至6．5）；检测波长239nm。酮康唑的线性范围4．0～20．0μg，r=0．9999：丙酸氯倍他索的测定线性范围0.16～9.60μg，r=0．9999。平均加样回收率酮康唑为99．89％，RSD=1．06％；丙酸氯倍他索为100．52％，RSD=1．52％。本法精密度好，结果准确可靠。A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of ketoconazole and clobetasol propionate in Compound Ketoconazole Cream. A Hypersil ODS column was used with 0. 05mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate--methanol （26：74） （pH value was adjusted to 6.5 by diluted acetic acid） as mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was 239nm. The linear range of ketoconazole and clobetasol were 4.0-20μg （ r=0. 9999） and 0. 16-0.60μg （ r=0. 9999） respectively. The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.9%, 1.06% and 100. 5%, 1.52% respectively. The method had good precision, and the result was accurate and reliable.
