摘　　要：通过实例介绍了电弧喷涂快速模具制造的工艺流程,阐述了制模过程中的工作原理,对实验设备的选用、喷涂材料和喷涂参数的合理选择作了详细的分析,论述了低熔点金属电弧喷涂快速模具制造,具有工艺简单,制作周期短,模具成本低,精度高等优点。This paper introduces procedures of electric are spraying rapid mold making by an example, expatiates of the theory and how to select equipment, material and parameters related to rapid mold making process. Moreover, low melting point alloy electric arc spraying rapid mold making technology of the whole process have been discussed. It is founded techniques simple, cycle short, cost low and precision high.
