摘 要:目的评价分析某大型燃煤火力发电厂职业病危害及其防护状况,为新建电厂的职业病危害预评价提供依据。方法对该电厂300MW燃煤发电机组进行职业病危害因素监测和职业卫生学调查。结果该厂针对各类职业病危害采取了有效的卫生防护措施。经监测:作业场所粉尘、噪声、高温、有毒气体均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论燃煤电厂的主要职业病危害为粉尘、噪声和高温,由于大型燃煤电厂自动化程度高,职业卫生防护设施完善,只要重视职业卫生工作,就可以有效控制和消除燃煤火力发电厂职业病危害。Objective To assess occupational hazard and its protection condition of large coal power plant so as to provide the basis for pre-assessment on occupational hazard of new power plant. Method The occupational hygienic survey and hazard factor monitoring were done in the workplaces of 300MW coal power generator set. Result The valid protection measure was adopted in the plant. The monitoring results showed that dust concentration, noise, hot environment and poisonous material in the workplaces met the healthy standards. Conclusions Dust, noise, hot environment were major occupational hazard factors in coal power plant. In large power plants, the automation degree was high and the occupational healthy measures were perfect. By paying more attention to the occupational healthy, the occupational hazard may be con- trolled and exterminated.
