摘　　要：许多国家都制定了农业保险法律作为促进农业保险发展,保护农民利益的重要手段。由于各种原因,我国目前还没没有农业保险法。因此,借鉴国外立法经验,制定农业保险法,是推动我国农业保险制度不断完善的唯一途径。To promote the development of agricultural insurance and protect farmer＇s benefits, there are agricultural insurance laws in many nations, while China has none till now. Therefore, learning from foreign legislative experience and drawing up the agricultural insurance law are the only way to promote our own agricultural insurance system continuously.
