摘　　要：济南战区大联勤保障体制改革试点按照“联勤机关三军合编、保障力量集中统管、保障内容通专合一,计划与供应相一致、保障与管理相结合”的要求,构建了三军一体的新型保障模式。战区卫生保障工作牢固树立集约式保障、矩阵式管理的新理念,按照“关注特殊、研究特殊、保障特殊”的要求,重点做好特勤卫生保障工作,用新思想、新认识、新观念牵引和推进了试点工作的开展。整体看,济南战区大联勤试点卫生改革工作启动顺利、关系顺畅,运行平稳、有序推进、稳步提升,为战区部队提供了优质、高效的卫生服务保障,基本达到了“一个确保”的要求。According to the principles of ＂Joint Armed Force Department, Unify Support Force, Conformity Support Contents, Provide according to Plan, Combine Support with Management＂, Jinan Military Area Command established new mode of support. In this new mode, the emphases are the work of special health services support. From the view of the whole, the practice of joint services of health services reformation of Jinan military area command is going on successfully which helps to improve the ability of health support and achieve the requirement of ＂One Isuring＂.
