摘　　要：文章根据道路交通安全法的规定,对道路交通事故的过错及其分类进行了研究,指出了交通事故过错的概念和类型,在理论和实践上对如何认定交通事故过错提出了一些新的见解。According to the provision of 《 Law of the people＇s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety 》, this article carries on the research of fault and its classifications of the road traffic accident, indicates the concept and types of the traffic accident faults, and puts forward some new ideas on its determination in theory and practice.
