东亚货币合作问题新探

摘　　要：亚洲金融危机后,东亚地区各国都曾努力促进和加强东亚金融合作特别是货币合作。但碍于各种原因,东亚货币合作目前仍处于较低层次,且总体进展缓慢。随着东亚经济整体走向复苏,对区域经济与货币合作的要求也不断加强。回顾和分析了东亚货币合作的背景和面临的主要障碍,提出了进一步加强东亚货币合作的对策与建议。After the Asian financial crisis, most of the East Asian countries have ever worked hard to facilitate and strengthen the East Asian financial cooperation, especially monetary cooperation. But for various reasons,the East Asian monetary cooperation remains at a lower leve and develops slowly in general. With its whole economical recovery, East Asia needs a more strengthened economy and currency cooperation of itself. This paper reviews and analyzes the background of currency cooperation of Asia and its main obstacles, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the East Asia monetary cooperation.
