摘  要:筛面长度、倾角和筛孔孔径是最重要的筛面参数,与筛分机的处理能力和筛分效率有着直接的关系.基于粒群透筛概率Weibull模型,研究了概率筛分时筛面参数同筛分效率之间的关系,结果表明:筛面长度主要决定了筛分产品的截取界限,对粒群透筛概率密度函数的形态并不产生影响,而筛面倾角和筛孔孔径对筛分作业的分离粒度以及粒群透筛概率密度函数的分布中心和方差都有影响.通过调整筛面参数使得筛分机的分离粒度等于规定粒度只是筛分机充分发挥效能的必要条件而非充分条件,为得到最佳的筛分效果,必须寻找筛面参数之间的最佳配合.试验得到了筛分效率和分离粒度同筛面倾角和筛孔孔径之间的相关关系式,可以用于优化筛面倾角和筛孔孔径的配置,指导筛分作业的设计和操作.Screen rameters, which Weibull probabili length, incline angle, and screen-aperture are the most important screen padirectly relate to the capacity and efficiency of the screen. Based on the ty model of particulate assembly penetrating screen aperture, the relation between screening efficiency and the parameters of probability screen plane was studied. The results indicate that screen length mainly determines the segmentation point of product but has no effect on the conformation of the probability density function of particulate assembly penetrating the screen aperture. The incline angle as well as aperture of screen plane influence the separation size and the average value and the variance of the probability density function of particulate assembly penetrating the screen aperture. It is only the essential condition but not the abundant condition for getting highest screen efficiency that making the separation size equals to the desired size through regulating the parameters of screen plane. The best configuration of screen plane must be searched for the best screening outcome. The relevant relational expressions between screen efficiency as well as separation size and the parameters of screen plane (screen incline angle and screen aperture) were obtained, which can be used to optimize the configuration of screen plane parameters and guide the design and operation of screen.
