摘　　要：讨论了粗煤气变换工段换热器经常堵塞及预变炉触媒活性降低、影响触媒寿命等问题,提出了在径流洗涤器后加旋风分离器和高效气体过滤装置两极串联的改进方案,改造后,缓解了换热器堵塞的问题,延长了触媒寿命。The existing problems in the crude gas conversion section including the blockage of the heat exchanger and the low catalyst activity in pre-conversion oven that affect the catalyst lifetime were discussed. The measures of adding a cyclone and gas filter with high efficiency after the flowoff scrubber were put forward to solve the above problems.
