摘  要:为使磷化实现清洁生产,开发了一种用于钢铁表面涂装前处理的清洁型常温锌系磷化液,实现了磷化液的所有分子均能参加成膜反应且产物为磷化膜、水、沉渣或在磷化膜干燥过程中挥发的设计思路。该磷化液不含亚硝酸盐、重金属(除锌外),在3~40℃下快速磷化可生成膜重≥0.90 g/m2、耐CuSO4溶液点滴时间达160 s的彩色磷化膜。磷化前免表面调整,磷化后免水洗。A zinc-based phosphating bath was developed for the clean phosphating of iron and steel at room temperature,as a kind of pretreatment of the iron and steel before surface finishing.The performance of the phosphating bath was examined.It was found that all the ingredients in the zinc-based phosphating bath were able to take part in the film-forming process by being incorporated into the phosphating film or transformed to water and precipitates,or removed in the drying process of the phosphating film,thus made the phosphating process to be clean.The resultant phosphating bath contained neither nitrite nor heavy metals except for zinc,and could be used to perform speedy phosphating at 3~40 ℃,with the weight of the phosphating film to be ≥0.90 g/m^2.Moreover, the color phosphating film was able to endure dropping of aqueous CuSO_4 up to 85~160 s and had promising application in engineering,owing to the advantages of no surface preparation before the phosphating or water rinsing after the phosphating.
