单位制下“新失业群体”存在的原因——以阜新为例

摘　　要：目前,在有关“新失业群体”研究中,一般都是将其视为社会中普遍存在的群体,忽略了其在不同地域空间的差异性,尤其是在东北。文章主要是在阜新这一特定区域,采取个案分析的研究方法,来分析“新失业群体”存在的原因和表现出来的一些新特征。In the current research of the newly unempoyed, the new unemployment are generally considered a universal phenomenon in society and neglected for the difference of geographical feature, especial in northeast China. The author analyses some new characterstics of the newly unemployed and the reason for their existance through individucal cases in a particular area——Fuxin city.
