摘  要:为观察醒髓汤对脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能和受损脊髓组织中NGF含量的影响,并探讨其作用机理。将60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和醒髓汤治疗组,采用改良Allen’s重物打击法制造大鼠脊髓损伤动物模型,通过检测实验大鼠观察对实验性脊髓损伤大鼠Tarlov评分和受损脊髓组织细胞中NGF的影响。结果醒髓汤组与模型组比较,醒髓汤能明显提高Tarlov分值和受损脊髓组织细胞中NGF的含量。表明醒髓汤能促进实验性脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能和受损脊髓组织细胞中NGF的含量,对受损脊髓组织有保护和修复作用。In order to observe the influence of 'XING SUI TANG'(XST,a TCM decoction for activating blood and Qi circulation and eliminating blood stasis) on the motor function of rats with spinal cord injury(SCI) and nerve growth factor(NGF) in the injured spinal-cord tissues and to study the action mechanism of XST,60 rats were made into the animal models of SCI by the modified Allen's heavy-body-beating method and randomly divided into three groups: the blank control, the modeled and the XST-treated;the influence of XST was observed on the Tarlov's scores of the rats with SCI and NGF in the injured spinal-cord tissues through detecting the experimented rats.The results showed that through the comparison of the modeled and the XST-treated groups,XST could obviously increase the Tarlov's scores of the rats with SCI and the NGF level in the injured spinal-cord tissues,suggesting that XST functions to promote the motor function of the rats with experimental SCI and the NGF level in the injured spinal-cord tissues,to protect and repair the injured spinal cord tissues.
