摘　　要：集群式创新是振兴东北老工业基地的新思路。集群式创新的实现需要一系列实现条件,如集群需达到一定的规模与集中度、群内企业实施合作创新和网络创新模式;此外还需要政府和中介组织的大力支持,并努力营造区域创新文化。Clustering innovation is a new idea of reviving the Northeast old industrial base. The reality of clustering innovation need a serious of conditions, such as the scale and concentration degree, the model of co-innovation and internet innovation among the enterprises, the support of government and media organization etc. Therefore, something should be done as follow while practicing the clustering innovation to revive the North-east old industrial base：1. Advocating the modem business spirit ;2. Moderately regulation and control the scale and concentration degree of cluster;3. Strengthening the co-innovation among the enterprises; 4. Making the market media organization standard and perfect; 5. Strengthening the construction of regional soft innovation environment.
