某轮主机曲轴损坏原因探究

摘　　要：文章对某轮主机曲轴损坏的原因进行分析,根据检查修理及调查结果,指出引起故障的原因和机理。认为由于机务人员和轮机管理人员的疏忽,引起主轴承合金严重剥落,并破坏了轴颈与轴瓦之间的润滑,从而导致曲轴损坏。By checking, analyzing and investigating, this paper points out the cause and mechanism for the damage of crank shaft. It＇s the carelessness of the maintenance personnel that leads to alloy badly peeling off on the main crank shaft, destroying the lubrication between axle neck and axle sleeve.
