系统高效工艺在纺纱生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了纺纱生产中采用的普通工艺和重定量、大牵伸工艺的参数对比,认为实施高效工艺提高了产品的产、质量,减少了设备投入和用工、用电成本,但必须考虑设备、原料、产品结构等具体条件,量力而行。In this article are introduced the comparison of parameters between a normal spinning technlogy and a heavy weight and long draft spinning technology. It holds that the high efficient technology leads to product quality improved and quantity increased as well as production cost reduced, but this technology has to be done in coordination with raw material, existing equipment and the product structure.
