摘　　要：国内多数的花捻机没有配备控制系统,只能生产结构较简单的花式纱线。工艺单也多为手写保存,管理麻烦。因此我们研制了一套适应于改造国内多数花捻机的计算机控制系统,结合配套的工艺单管理软件,可以满足工厂生产和开发高档次、复杂型花式纱线的需要,并可十分方便地管理和调用纱线工艺单。Most domestic fancy twisters are not equipped with automatic control system and only can produce simple structure fancy yarn,and craft lists are also saved by handwritten, which brings troubles for the management. Thus a set of automatic control system with management softwear to satisfy the factory to produce upscale-level complicated fancy yarn as well as to make it convenient for designer and management is developed.
