摘　　要：本文研究了智能园区信息及自动控制系统的结构和工作原理,介绍了WebServices编程模型,并利用WebServices设计实现了智能园区的信息服务及分布式控制系统软件。This paper presents the structure and principles of information and automated control systems of an intelligent community. It introduces a software model called Web Services and gives an implementation of an information services and distributed controls system based on the technologies.
