摘　　要：提高IC卡读写机具的性价比是使其更具有市场竞争实力的一个重要环节。本文将介绍一种基于MFRC500芯片自行开的Mifare射频卡读写模块。MFRC500是由Philips公司开发的主要应用于符合ISO14443A标准的13.56MHz非接触式IC的读写。文中将给出MFRC500的引脚说明、外围电路的接法,以及与89c51单片机的接口电路等。该模块的使用将大大将低Mifare读写机具的成本。Improving the quatety and price ratio of IC card reading-writing tool is an important part for making it more market competitiong .This thesis well indruduce a Mifare radio frequency card reading-writing model ,Which is based on the MF RC500 chips . The chip of MF RCS00 is made by Philips mainly used in read and write the 13.56MHz radio frequency IC card ,which is base on 13.56MHz,This paper whill describe the function of the pins of MF RC500 and how to connect the circuit and the interface of the MPU of 89c51. This model will reduce the cost of the Mifare reading-writing tool greatly.
