摘　　要：大型旋转设备的正常运行对工业生产意义重大。作者提出的旋转设备监测系统,实现了对电机组进行在线监测。该系统硬件构成除了通用的传感器和PC机外,同时用PLC作为检测高电压和大电流的上位机;软件设计包含了系统监测所需的主要功能,足以检测出电机组可能存在的故障。Normal running for large- scale revolving equipment is important to industrial production. Based on virtual instrument technology, the system is designed for electrical machinery on-line monitoring. Besides sensors and computer, PLC is used in this system to monitor high voltage and electric current. The software used includes the necessary functions for monitoring, and can detect the possible failures of electrical machineries.
