47例行PCI心肌梗死病人的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨心肌梗死行冠脉介入应用维拉帕米对患者心肌再灌注临床疗效的影响。方法 选择47例术前心肌无灌流（TMP0～1级）的病人，分为A，B两组，A组为PCI术后冠脉内用维拉帕米者，B组为未用维拉帕米的对照组。比较PCI术后两组病人ST段回落程度，预测预后。结果 两组对比有显著性差异，A组优于B组。结论 直接PCI后维拉帕米冠脉内应用可减轻梗死心肌微血管功能障碍．增加心肌梗死患者心肌血流，得到更佳的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of verapamil for patients after PCI for acute myocardial infarction. Methods 47 patients after acute myocardial infarction were selected. According to use verapamil or not, they were divided two groups： group A with verapamil and group B with no verapamil. Compared descendent level of ST - segment in two groups. And predicted prognosis. Results There was significant difference between two groups, Group A is superior to group B. Conclusion Use verapamil in coronary artery on interventional therapy can improve patients .microcirculation which is worthy spreading, clinically.
