摘　　要：描述了用于汽车纺织品的Dacron多孔纤维在染色工艺中的优势。与圆截面标准聚酯纤维相比Dacron多孔纤维应用于汽车面料具有明显的优势。在碱性pH下染色特别适合于多孔纤维,这样可节约成本,避免酸性条件下染色的缺点。此外还节约了能量、水,减少了污水的产生和化学品的消耗,加快了加工过程。In the dyeing process, the advantages of Dacron multi-channel fibers for automobile textiles are described. The use of Dacron multi-channel fibers in the application for automobile materials offers clear advantages by additional functions opposite ＂standard polyester fibers＂ with round fiber cross-section. The dyeing of multichannel fibers in alkaline pH is suitable especially, because the shortening of the dyeing process signifies a saving of production costs. In addition the saving of energy, water, sewage and chemicals and the faster process conditions of lots provides competitive advantages.
