摘　　要：五氯酚钠中毒致胸腔积液的报道非常罕见。该患者有明确的五氯酚钠接触史及较为典型的接触性皮炎和胸腔积液的症状、体征(已排除结核性胸腔积液的可能),经氢化考的松治疗取得较好效果。考虑患者发生胸腔积液可能与五氯酚钠直接刺激胸膜而诱发变态反应有关,建议今后加强对相关病例的研究,予以印证。The report on sodium pentachlorophenol poisoning and pleural effusion is rare. There is a clear poison-contact history, typical symptom , sign of contact dermatitis and of pleural effusion （no possibility of tuberculosis pleural effusion） in this case. A good treatment result was reached with hydrogenation. It is considered that the pleural effusion is probably associated with hypersensitivity due to the stimulus of sodium pentachlorophenol. The related case research should be done to prove its mechanism.
