摘　　要：本文试图经由分析孟德斯鸠的三权理论以及分权理论在英国议会制中的实际运用,指出虽然分权理论构成了英国议会主权的基础,但是英国社会自身孕育的自由精神以及稳健的、渐进的改革也是英国的议会制不同于他国的主要原因之一。This article is to analyze Montesquieu＇s Three-power Theory and the application of separations of powers in British Parliament. It shows that although this theory form a base for British parliament sovereignty, the free spirit and steady reform born from the British society make the British parliamentary institution different from that of other counties.
