论我国寿险营销制度从“代理制”到“雇佣制”的转化

摘  要:我国目前的寿险营销主要采用代理人为主的营销体制,普遍存在着人员素质不高、代理人流失严重、不诚信问题突出、奖惩机制不健全以及回佣现象严重等问题。本文通过研究日本寿险营销制度的发展,并在发展阶段、工资制度、准入资格以及培训方面与我国现行的营销体制进行比较,进而得出我国寿险营销制度由“代理制”向“雇佣制”转化的方向,并提出转化的渠道、方式以及目前阶段应解决的主要问题。The agent distribution system of life insurance in China is dominated by the exclusive agent system, which is plagued by problems such as low quality of agents, high turn-over rate, lack of credibility, inadequate rewarding mechanism, and commission rebate and so on. This article compares the agent distribution system in China with that in Japan on aspects of development period, salary mechanism, licensing requirement and training. Then it reaches the conclusion that the agent distribution system in China should be transformed from the agency system to employment system and puts forwards the method of transformation as well as the current major problems to be solved.
