摘　　要：“脐镜鞘气囊”是“脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术”中及其他相似手术,用以防止Trocar周围漏气的特殊发明,该文介绍其产生经过、结构、功能及命名的由来。The Trocar Umbilicus Balloon is a special device designed for the peritoneoscopic appendectomy through the umbilicus and other similar kinds of operations to prevent the air leaking from the periphery of the Trocar Umbilicus Balloon. This article describes the invention, formation, and function of the device, and its nomenclature.
