我国近期国际收支双顺差现象探析

摘　　要：自1993年以来,我国国际收支除个别年份外,都保持经常项目与资本和金融项目“双顺差”的格局。虽然国际收支保持较大顺差,对于增强我国综合国力,提高抵御外部冲击的能力具有重要意义,但长期的顺差也会带来不利影响,必须采取有效措施。本文正是从我国近期国际收支双顺差这一现象出发,分析了其原因及消极影响,最后提出了相应的政策建议。Since 1993, excepting the individual years, the international payment balance of our country has maintained ＂the double favorable balance＂ among current accounts and capital accounts. Although the international favorable payment balance can strengthen the power of our country and enhance the ability to resist exterior impact, the long-term favorable balance also can bring adverse effect, and so we must take effective measures, This paper, by probing into the double favorable balance phenomenon of the international payment balance in the near future of our country, analyses the reason and the negative effect, and also puts forward the corresponding policy proposal .
