摘　　要：实践是主客体的交互作用。全面建设小康社会是我们党在新的历史时期进行的崭新实践,其经济、政治和文化等各项工作的发展程度以及所取得的成果,为促进人的全面发展能够提供物质基础、政治保障和精神支持。Practice is a mutual reaction of subject and object. In the new historic period, building a relatively well - off society is a completely new practice went on by our party. The level of developing and acquired achievement, various economy, politics and culture works of the well - off society had achieved, provide a material base, a political guarantee and spiritual support for the all - round development of human.
